Participants (ages 12 and up) who complete the Earn a Bike program may continue by becoming an Earn a Bike instructor. Ultimately, they become the instructors and facilitate the entire program. They insure the sustainability of leaders and volunteers.

 Objectives

• Provide participants the opportunity to continue as youth instructors
• Develop 5 youth instructors each year

                       This year 15 youth served as peer instructors.
